Formed in Montreal in 2001, DARK CENTURY has influenced the underground scene for over a decade. Their mix of death, thrash, grind and hardcore has built a name for them in the Montreal scene. Their first album " Days of the Mosh" was released in 2009, with an in your face music video for their single ''Viande Froide''.

DARK CENTURY took to the road to tour across Canada in 2012 as well as performing in numerous metal shows and festivals such as "Heavy MTL" Having a lot of inspiration from their journey, they went back in studio. Later that year, a second video clip was made: the new single "Kill the Crowd" which served to crank up the wave of their heavy beats.

With the interest of their fans and newcomers, they released their second full-length album: "Murder Motel" in april of 2014. Recorded, mixed and mastered by Christian Donaldson (Cryptopsy), the album is vicious, heavy and catchy.

With an upgraded lineup and hungrier than ever, DARK CENTURY is hard at work on their new album scheduled to hit the studio in the summer 2017 for a fall release. Expect a heavier, take-no-prisoner, in-your-face sound, mixing classic death metal, grindcore and hardcore fury that made the band's sound resonate through the underground and beyond.
